Dr. Michael Conward is the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of MyLÚA Health, an Agentic AI platform that streamlines maternal support by offering personalized guidance, benefit navigation, and automated insights for organizations that care for mothers.

Michael believes the toughest problems are solved through interdisciplinary collaboration and that advanced technologies, when used responsibly, can reduce inequities and create meaningful social good. At MyLÚA Health, he leads the development of tools that help women understand their health, access resources more easily, and receive care that reflects their lived experiences. His team works closely with partners at IBM, the National Institutes of Health, and others to bring these ideas to life. The platform has earned national recognition through awards from the NIH RADx Maternal Health Challenge, AWS, Cornell Tech, NYCEDC, and several other institutions committed to advancing equitable healthcare.

Michael began his career as an engineer and researcher after completing his PhD in Mechanical Engineering at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, where he published peer reviewed work and helped manage innovation in advanced manufacturing and AI driven systems. He is now a named inventor on multiple patents and has led engineering teams across healthcare, aerospace, and deep tech ventures.

He also contributes to national conversations on AI and health equity as a member of advisory boards, including a Senior Advisory role with a PCORI project focused on responsible AI and machine learning in clinical research. His leadership and impact have been recognized across the industry, including being named a J.P. Morgan Black Tech Achievement Awards Innovation Champion Finalist and a Black Health Connect 40 Under 40 honoree.
