About

Founder’s Fridge is more than a podcast, it is a platform that spotlights incredible entrepreneurs doing incredible things in every corner of the country.

At its heart, the show explores how food reveals the human side of entrepreneurship. Hosted by Heidi Knoblauch, each episode invites listeners into the kitchens of startup founders, where opening a fridge becomes a window into the routines, fuel, and small comforts that support the work of building a company.

But Founder’s Fridge is not just about stories, it is a national movement to unlock capital for entrepreneurs. We believe people want to invest in their own communities, but they often lack the right platform to do it.

Through live events, workshops, and accelerator programs, we are creating that platform, one that connects local investors with founders who are ready to grow.

We are starting small, but the vision is big: to reimagine investment, direct risk capital into overlooked companies, and build a network that sustains both entrepreneurs and the communities they serve.

We would love to have you on the ride. Let’s see how big this can go.
